Description
A darker, thicker version of Tommyknocker's popular Maple Nut Brown. Along with the full, rich taste, no doubt created in part by the greater quantities of malt, the Imperial Nut Brown garners a hefty 9.8% alcohol content. The maple syrup and chocolate add some excellent accents, and don't seem to overwhelm.

This is definitely not a light beer, but it also isn't nearly as robust and tar-like as an Imperial Stout or even a Guiness. Everyone at the Beer Drinker's Guide to Colorado seemed to enjoy this beer, and Mike even positioned it in his top ten.
