Moonlight On The Mountain At Cheyenne Mtn. Zoo
Mix and mingle under the stars and with our animals in a unique, adults-only evening event at the Zoo! This is one of the region's premier annual mixers. Guests will enjoy quenching beverages, delicious eats from area restaurants, local musical acts throughout the Zoo and a live performance by Martini Shot, an original six-piece Pop-Rock band with horns based out of Southern Colorado! All event proceeds benefit the care of our animals. This evening is for adults 21 and older only. IDs must be presented on event night. 6pm-10pm at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs.

International #IPA Day
Founded in 2011 by beer evangelists and social media personalities Ashley V Routson and Ryan A Ross, International #IPADay is the largest grassroots social media-based celebration of craft beer. The goal of #IPADay is to use social media to strengthen the collective voice of craft beer through the simple celebration of beer itself. People are encouraged to drink an IPA, and share photos, videos, blog posts, tasting notes, recipes, and thoughts with the world. Brewmaster Dinner with Don Chapman of Grimm Brothers Brewhouse
Grimm Brothers Brewhouse was last years People's Choice Winner at the Gnarly Barley Brew Festival so to kick off the Festival this year they will have a Brewmaster Dinner with Don Chapman, President and Head Brewer.

The dinner will be at the Executive Club Restaurant at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland. Tickets are $35 per person or $65 per couple.
Reception at 6pm and the "Tapas Style" dinner at 6:30pm.

In it's third year the Gnarly Barley Brew Festival brings Colorado brewer's to the Larimer County Fair for beer, food, music and fun.
Event starts at 1pm.

Community of Brewers Benefit for Patrick Tuffield
Brewer Patrick Tuffield from Bristol Brewing Company was recently injured on the job. He was badly burned with a mixture of hot liquor and concentrated caustic soda.

Local brewers have come together to hold a fundraiser for Patrick at Phantom Canyon Brewing Company. Nine breweries have donated beer for the event:

Denver Beer Co. Ribbon Cutting
Denver Beer Co. will become the newest brewery in Colorado with a ribbon cutting to be held at 7pm.

They will be tapping their first kegs, with a lineup sure not to disappoint: Platte Pils, Graham Cracker Porter, Kaffir Wheat, Gear Up IPA, Rye Twenty Five, Confluence Pale Ale, Summer Stout.

They'll also be serving giant German-style pretzels, and a food truck will be on site as well.

It will also be a great chance to meet with the brewers Charlie and Patrick, and get the down low on all their handcrafted brews.

Doors open at 12pm and the official ribbon cutting is at 7pm.

Brewer's Republic will host the first tasting event for the Beers Made By Walking project from 4pm-8pm. The basic idea of Beers Made By Walking was created by Eric Steen of Focus On The Beer. He hosts hikes that include a homebrewer as well as a naturalist. The idea is to identify edible plants and make beers with those plants.
