Saturday 
Boulder Strong Ale Festival
Featuring over 70 of the best strong ales (beers >8%abv) in the nation. We'll host two sessions again this year, one on Friday evening, 5-10pm, and another on Saturday afternoon, 12-5pm. This year's event will be held in the Avery Tap Room. Tickets are $30 apiece. Mark your calendars now!!

Boulder Brew and Music Festival
The first annual Boulder Brew and Music Festival will be held May 1 at the Fox Theatre, 1135 13th St. in Boulder. Tickets are $35 for the brew session, which runs from 1pm - 5pm and includes a tasting glass and unlimited beer.
The music runs from 6pm - midnight.

Big Brew on National Homebrew Day
The American Homebrewers Association (AHA) created Big Brew as an annual event to celebrate National Homebrew Day not only in the United States, but around the world. Big Brew is held each year on the first Saturday in May. Each year the AHA finds two or three recipes to highlight for Big Brew. Then hundreds of homebrewers register their Big Brew locations for a communal brew-in to celebrate National Homebrew Day.

Crested Butte Beer Tasting at Maxwells
Crested Butte Brewing Company will soon be opening their doors at their new location in Gunnison, hopefully about mid-May. In celebration of this, they will host a beer tasting at Maxwells restaurant in Crested Butte. The tasting will happen from 1-4pm at Maxwells, 226 Elk Ave. in Crested Butte.

On the first Thursday of every month, put your skills to the test in a double-elimination pool tournament, starting at 8pm. There is a $10 entry fee.
