Phantom Canyon's Barley Wine Friday
From now on, the day after Thanksgiving shall be known as Barley Wine Friday. You heard it, while your fellow citizens are out killing themselves for the "bargain" of the year, we urge you to join us by stopping by and enjoying a 2011 Winston Smith's Barley Wine.

This year's version will start flowing at 3 pm and a limited amount of numbered bottles go on sale at the same time as well. And since you were smart enough to put beer first we're going to be selling the 22oz bottles for $10 on Friday, $15 thereafter.

Aged for 9 months in Stranahan's whiskey barrels, Winston Smith's is a deep amber hued English-style barley wine with aromas of vanilla, oak, and dark fruit. Caramel and toffee flavors blend together with bold notes of whiskey delivered in a smooth body followed by a malty finish. (10.9 % ABV)
